We realize that occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise which necessitates to change an appointment time or cause you to overlook an appointment. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible; however, in order to avoid delay in treatment, it may become necessary to reschedule an after-school or work appointment to one during school or work hours. We will make every effort to reschedule you as soon as we can, but because we fill our schedule in 8-10 week rotations, we may not be able to reschedule you immediately. Missed appointments, or numerous appointment changes will inevitably result in an extension of your treatment time.


Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.


We reserve a limited amount of time each day for patients who have poking wires or just need a quick check to make them more comfortable. To keep your waiting time to a minimum, call early in the day for an appointment. Should you have an orthodontic emergency after hours or on weekends and you cannot make yourself comfortable, please call the office at (870) 336-3366 for further instructions on the voicemail.


If services are terminated for any reason before the completion of treatment, the account will be adjusted according to the amount of treatment completed.
